Using the site
Browsing is open to everyone. Voting requires an email account. You agree not to create multiple accounts, automate votes, or otherwise manipulate rankings. We may invalidate votes and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Listings
Submitting an application does not guarantee publication. Every application — Free or Premium — is reviewed by an administrator, and we may reject, request changes to, or archive any submission. Submitting a transaction signature never publishes a listing automatically.
Premium fees and promotions
Premium listings cost the USD equivalent of $99 in SOL or $69 in the Spotlight token, payable to the wallet shown on the application form. Premium includes one three-hour Spotlight Top 3 placement, which is paid advertising and is labelled as Promoted. If more promotions are approved than there are slots, they enter a queue and their three hours start when a slot opens.
Refunds
If a payment is verified but the listing is rejected, the fee is refundable to the originating wallet. Payments sent on the wrong network, in the wrong asset, or with an incorrect amount may not be recoverable.
