Privacy Policy
What we collect
Voting accounts store only an email address, used to send magic sign-in links and to enforce one vote per project every 24 hours. Listing applications store the details you submit: project information, applicant email, uploaded images, optional notes, and — for Premium — the payment method and public transaction signature.
How we use it
We use your data to operate the leaderboard, review applications, verify payments on-chain, prevent abusive voting, and contact you about your listing. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Vote records are retained for auditing so that abusive votes can be invalidated without altering vote totals by hand. Applications and payment records are retained for accounting and dispute resolution.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by emailing listing@solana-spotlight.com. Deleting a voting account removes your ability to vote and anonymises your vote records.
